CONSULTATION SERVICES

You can book pockets of time with me to discuss your project, get my feedback, and discover the design possibilities that exist inside your home. This is great if you’re building a new home, buying one that needs renovations, or just want to explore changes to your current home. I work with clients in Greenville, throughout South Carolina’s Upstate, and the Western North Carolina mountains.

how the design process works

1. Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit, followed by an on-site consultation to understand your motivations, vision, and goals.

2. Proposal & Agreement

I create a tailored Design Services Proposal. Once accepted, we sign a contract and move forward.

3. As-Built Documentation

Detailed measurements are taken, and a CAD drawing is prepared to record your home’s existing conditions.

4. Conceptual Design

I develop initial design concepts, then we review them together, incorporating your feedback and making adjustments.

5. Design Development

We refine the design by selecting materials, cabinetry, lighting, and other details to bring the vision into focus.

6. Construction Support

I prepare drawings and documents for permitting, pricing, and construction, while coordinating with your contractor to ensure our shared vision comes to life.
